Innovate Creative originally started out as Innovate Websites in late 2014, when founders Brad and Stuart spotted a gap in the market.
The business grew at a fantastic pace. Then, after John joined the team, we started to diversify in order to provide a wider range of creative and digital marketing services. We chose this direction because customer feedback told us that business people wanted the full range of marketing services delivered by one agency; not a long list of many.
Since then Jess has joined the team to manage customer accounts, ensuring the smooth running of our growing agency.
Directors Brad and Stuart founded Innovate Websites in late 2014, having worked on several projects together already. The idea was to provide pay monthly websites to small businesses, offering high quality design to businesses on relatively small budgets.
First paying client
January 2015 saw us shake hands with our first customer and soon after we launched our first website.
Burning the midnight oil from home needed to change. Desks were bought, the logo went up on the wall and it was time to grow the business.
John joined the team
After a modest growth spurt we needed another pair of hands to lead sales and marketing. John, an old friend, joined us on a free transfer and got cracking with growing the business, winning new work and building partnerships with other agencies.
Changed business model
By 2016 we developed our offering to provide more varied design and marketing services. We also began expanding the range of businesses with which we worked. These businesses came in all shapes and sizes and led to us delivering a range of marketing products, including: brochures, adverts, websites, logos and digital marketing.
The change of direction was successful. To reinforce the new message and new range of services we rebranded. Innovate Creative was born and Stuart’s decade of design experience was put to even greater use. We were now officially a full-service design, marketing and digital agency – not just a web design agency.
Three became four.
To support the rebrand and growth of the business, Jess joined us to look after day-to-day account management. Her job is to ensure all our customers continue to be well looked after as our workload increases.
