Charters report on new homes
in the area

Over the next decade, the number of people expected to call our area ‘home’ is set to increase significantly, many of whom will be seeking a property to purchase.

It will come as no surprise that having the M3 on our doorstep is a key selling point whilst the quality of the local schools mean that our areas are a magnet for families, with many purchasers looking to trade-up and stay within the local area.

Rund sponsor World Record attempt

Southampton based sailor Alex Alley is planning to add to his two existing world records by aiming to break the solo non-stop around the world record for a 40′ yacht.

This record attempt will assist the work carried out by Portsmouth University during the voyage by measuring ocean temperatures and record the world’s first Ocean Soundscape of the noises in the deep oceans.

Help us to give Trinity Winchester
a Happy Christmas!

With the turning back of the clocks, Halloween a distant memory and the last of the fireworks all but fizzled out, it’s time to think about the next big event in the calendar – Christmas!

To make room for our Christmas jumpers, festive hats and festive condiments we’ve had a clear out of our wardrobes and kitchen cupboards and will be donating to the service users of Trinity Winchester.

Trinity Winchester provide vital practical and emotional support to over 600 people each year who experience the effects of homelessness or vulnerability. Trinity's aim is to support and work with these individuals to change their situation and aspire towards positive fulfilling futures.

We are doing a charity collection here at our offices and would love for you to drop any of your donations in.

Your support, however big or small, will be so appreciated.
