Material Things has been serving furniture customers across Portsmouth, Hampshire and West Sussex for over 40 years. As a traditional business, Material Things had predominantly used offline media and showroom footfall to drive sales. Our job was to completely overhaul the website and start the process of using more effective, impactful design to refresh the brand and lay the foundations to explore more digital channels.
In addition to improving their brand presence online we were tasked with managing their investment into Google AdWords. As a traditional business, digital marketing hadn’t been trialled before so we had to educate the customer on the benefits alongside driving results – enquiries, footfall and sales.
